Cycling Route Details:

County: East Sussex
Distance: 24 miles
Estimated time to complete walk: 5
Terrain details: Hilly - Some off-road sections that are not suitable for road bikes have an alternative on-road route (the off-road sections are typical bridleways with soft or loose ground in places).
Type of route: Circular
Starts: Heathfield car park(Grid reference: -)
Ends: as above(Grid reference: -)
Amenities available on route: see leaflet
How to get there: Polegate railway station has good regular services to London, Brighton and Hastings and is just a quarter of a mile from the Cuckoo Trail. Stonegate station is 1 mile from Ride 4.
